Day 1: My workout. What am I doing?- Jogging a mile.

How long did it take?

What am I doing?- Plie squats.

How many Reps?- 15

What am I doing?- Plank row.

How many reps?- 10.

What did you eat today?-

Breakfast: 100 Calorie pack Chocolate covered pretzels. Water.

Lunch. Ham, Cheese, Mayo on honey wheat bread. Baked potato chips. Banana and peanut butter. Arizonia Mucho Mango.

Snack: 2 Lindor chocolate balls.

Supper:

Ultimate goal for all of these:

Get the bikini body ive dreamed of having, and look really good in my prom dress. And to keep staying healthy and keep staying active. Make these things a staple in my life.

So theres this boy. He’s very cute. His name starts with a J and ends with a Y you finish the rest. He’s has hurt me tons of times. We always argue….even when were not dating. We dated only 1 time, which was at the beginning of the school year in Septemeber. It didnt work out because we didnt know each other that well. Well one day he IM’s me on myspace and we talk talk talk….we start texting, then outta nowhere he calls me because he’s “tired of texting” then that night….i knew something new has begun. That night….we talked for HOURS! till 1:00 and it was on a school night. So weeks go by we talk every night and we know everything about each other. He asks me out tons of times and i always say “idk” because i still wanna get to know him better. One day, outta nowhere he texts me and says “wait in your classroom when the bell rings” (you see we have 4th block in the basement he has is FFA class and i have sewing class) so i walk out of the classroom forgeting to wait when the bell rings and he comes up to me and hugs me and picks me up and carries me down the hall after he out me down he said “i told you to wait in your classroom” So weeks go by of still texting and talking on the phone. And this thing we have here in town called “Holly Jolly” i told him to go…he tells me he doesnt want to and that it was cold last tim…so i slip up and say “but ill be the only one there without my boyfriend” and he says “what?!?” and i say “oh nevermind” (: So holly jolly comes and….im mad as heck because he made me upset….long story trust me…and well im with all my friends and we are walking down to subway. Well him and his big group of rednecks walk past us…which i had no idea they were down there…so i looked at my phone and pretended to text then i hear “Jessie” in his country accent which makes it sound like “jess-ay”…and i look back…and he says “come here” and i stand there (still pissed) and he says “i swear i didnt get any of them texts im so sorry they wouldnt come threw” Me-”Mhhmm” Him-”I swear!” Me-”Ok” *attempts to walk away* “he pulls me in because a car almost hit me* Him-”Be careful!” Me-”Ok” Him-”Jessie dont be mad” Me-”Im not!” Him-”Whatever” Me-”Ok” Him- *wraps his arms around my waist pulls me in* (now at this moment im thinking he wants a hug so i wrap my arms around his neck) *he puts his head down….and i lift my head up…and we kiss…for like idk a long time…(no tounge yuck) and then i try to talk away and he grabs both my hands and holds them we talk a little bit longer and he kisses me again. I WAS SHOCKED!! the worst beginning of the night….turned into the best weekened i have ever had. So after that the next day he calls me and we talk and he says “jessie…i want you to know i was very nervous and when i was walkin up that hill back up with my friends…i was hicuppin all the way up” (he hiccups when hes nervous) MORE TO COME…..TRUST ME….
